When a clinic applies for the pilot, we collect business contact details: clinic name, contact name and role, business email, phone, metro area, website, Instagram handle, treatments offered, number of locations, capacity, and any notes provided. We do not collect patient health information on this site.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your application, contact you about the pilot, and provide our services. We do not sell your information.

Storage and retention

Applications are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for business purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
